"Conversation with God"

(Message on Sunday 03.20.2022) Our text today speaks of those who read and mediate on the words of the Scriptures (the Bible.) Knowing what the Bible says about God and hearing and obeying God are two different things. One is to “know about” God and the other is to be coming to “know” God in a very personal way. So, the words of the Bible come to form the words of our praying. In a very real way, we are listening to God speak to us in these words and then speaking back to God using the same biblical language. How can you go wrong praying the words of God to God? Now, that is a real conversation with God.
